Advance orders
Nellie’s Pizza is advance order only. Choose an available collection day and time before placing your order.
Order changes
Orders cannot be changed once payment has been made. Please check your collection time, basket and contact details before paying.
Cancellations
Because each drop is small and dough is made ahead, paid orders cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
If we make a mistake with your order, we will put it right. If we ever need to cancel an order from our side, we will refund the payment.
Collection
Collection is from Headley Park, BS13. Full collection details are sent after ordering. Please arrive as close to your chosen time as possible.
Allergens
Food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are handled, so we cannot guarantee anything is allergen-free.

We only use the details you provide to process your order, send order updates and contact you about that order.
